    Tim Hunkin was the co-host of Secret Life of Machines, a BBC program from the 90’s that explained the origins, function, and operation of many appliances and technologies that we take for granted. The entire re-mastered original series is available on his channel. Tim is still creating new series of videos under the name Secret Life of Components which looks closer at the parts and systems that make up those machines. He also builds wildly creative arcade and automation machines and maintains a level of joy in his work that is inspiring and exciting.
